Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

We know you're excited to get your stationery! Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days unless noted otherwise. During peak holiday seasons or launch weeks, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves our studio.

How are the postcards packaged? Will they get bent?

We take card stock seriously! All postcards and stationery sets are packed in protective, moisture-resistant sleeves and shipped in rigid, stay-flat mailers to ensure they arrive at your doorstep crisp, unbent, and pristine.

Are your postcards eco-friendly or sustainably made?

Our postcards are printed on heavy, durable postcard stock that is FSC Certified (sourced from responsibly managed forests) and ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) to minimize environmental impact. 

What are the dimensions and weight of your postcards?

Our standard postcards are 4.25" x 6" (the perfect classic size for mailing). They are printed on premium, uncoated, 120 lb stock

Can I write on both sides? 

Yes! Both sides of our postcards are completely uncoated. This raw, smooth paper finish means you can write with almost any pen—ballpoint, gel, fine-liner, or fountain pen.

Do these require special postage to mail?

Nope! If you are mailing within the United States, our 4.25" x 6" postcards qualify for the standard USPS Postcard Stamp, saving you money compared to regular first-class letter stamps.

Returns, Exchanges, & Issues

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your stationery. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them—un-written, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We are so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@frontporch.press within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the damage or mistake. We will rush a replacement out to you free of charge.
